Hung went to his interview in Santa Ana, CA. Before the interview began, they gave him an iPad. The officer then went to another office, took off his mask, and talked to Hung via the iPad. USCIS responds to a judge's order to stop the increase of the citizenship fee from $725 to $1170 on October 2.
